About me
Inspiring Change-Maker
Author, Entrepreneur, Speaker
Tyler McNamer, founder of AutismWorks, was diagnosed with autism at age 2, but he never saw it as a limitation. Instead, he turned it into his greatest strength. As an author and motivational speaker, Tyler inspires others to embrace what makes them different and turn challenges into power.
At just 17, he published Population One: Autism, Adversity, and the Will to Succeed, a powerful book sharing his journey and lessons learned. Tyler believes autism is not a disability, but an extraordinary ability, and he’s made it his mission to help others see the same.

Deciding Your next Read:
Population One: Autism, Adversity, and the Will to Succeed tells the story of my early journey with autism—the challenges I faced and how I transformed adversity into strength. This book captures the determination that helped me overcome obstacles and inspired me to pursue my dreams. Autism Works: Lessons on Strength, Success, and Self-Acceptance came later in my life as a deeper reflection on those experiences, offering practical lessons and encouragement to others on the spectrum and their allies to embrace their unique abilities and live confidently.
