1. I was unable to make the webinar because I was at work. However, when I signed up, it said there would be a replay.

When we host a webinar, it is available in our database within 72 hours. You can get all videos by clicking here.

2. I never got a confirmation email stating that I'm confirmed with being in the course.

Sometimes technology fails us. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 48 hours of registration, please send an email to [email protected],  and write the words “NO CONFIRMATION” in the subject line. This will alert us about the important nature of your email and we will respond within 24 hours.

3. You said webinars are FREE to attend, how can I join?

Yes, they are free to attend. You can join them with this link.

4. How long is the Questions about Autism, Answers that work program?

Right now we have 50+ hours of content available for our members, we produce 2 hours of unique content every week.

5. Will members have the opportunities to give testimonies or provide feedback about things learned? 

Absolutely. We encourage it. The feedback of our attendees is vital to our ability to create and update courses that are relevant, impactful and sustainable.

11. My bonus is not available or I'm not able to open it. Its on my acct but it says "coming soon". 

If you are logging into your account on the same night as the webinar, please log back in tomorrow after 7:00AM.

12. I was charged twice for the same course. How can I get a refund for one of the charges.

Please send an email to [email protected] and type the words: REFUND PLEASE in the subject line. You will receive a response within 24 hours and a resolution within 48 hours.
